Machinist
THE ROLE
As a Machinist, you will be responsible for operating equipment to machine critical, tight-tolerance components, and supporting various machining operations in a high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC equipment, including 3 and 5 axis mills, mill-turning machines, and live tooling equipped lathes.
Produce and inspect prototype, R&D, and one-off parts.
Support the rapid output of development hardware, reworks, and part modifications.
Assist with all shop-related operations, including tooling and work holding creation and procurement, equipment cleaning, and maintenance.
Criteria - Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a machining environment.
Experience operating CNC equipment (lathe or mill).
Demonstrated critical thinking skills with attention to detail.

General understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Experience in an aerospace machining environment.
Familiarity with common inspection tools and their use.
General understanding of machining strategies and tooling.
NV1 Security Clearance eligible (preferred).
